1-800-Free-411 provides directory assistance to mobile and landline callers. They can even send turn-by-turn directions via text to your mobile phone to help you get where you are going! If you don't have a GPS or a similar service on your cell phone. I can see this coming in really handy during the holiday shopping - maybe Black Friday?
